Celebrating The Best in Caribbean Broadcasting
For nearly three decades the CBU has presented its annual awards competition to celebrate the best of content created by media houses in the Dutch, English, French and Spanish Caribbean.
Originally the Caribbean Broadcasting Awards was open only to radio and television content. But it has now broadened to become the Caribbean Media Awards to reflect the expansion of the CBU’s membership to include digital and print content creators.

The CBU is pleased to invite Caribbean print, digital, television and radio content creators to submit entries for the 37th edition of the CBU Media Awards.
This year’s competition features brand new categories for photographers with the introduction of Best News Photograph and Best Sports Photograph. CBU is also pleased to welcome media professionals in training with the introduction of five (5) categories dedicated to media and communications students.
Become a Sponsor
CBU Caribbean Media Awards sponsorship opportunities are available for brands to be visible at all stages of the event; reaching industry leaders from all sectors of broadcasting in the region.
