The CBU expresses condolences to the family and many fans of Sandra “Singing Sandra” Des Vignes-Millington. Sandra was a member of the group “United Sisters,” placing 2nd in the CBU Song Festival, held in St. Lucia, 1991, with the song “Ambataila Woman.”

Others in the group included Beulah “Lady B” Bobb (deceased), Marva “Marvelous Marva” Joseph and Joanne “Tigress” Rowley.
