The CBU has established a portal to facilitate the sharing of radio and television programming among Caribbean broadcasters around the region without the need to mail or ship physical recordings.

CBU members in good standing and independent producers interested in sharing or downloading material are invited to contact the Secretariat for the access guidelines as well as the names of their designated folders and their customized passwords for their restricted folders.

As soon as a member or participating producer alerts the Secretariat it has material to share for free or for sale, an advisory will be sent to all members about the new content available.

Where the material is only available under contract, the programme producers will provide the identified users with the credentials for download, once the parties have reached an agreement.

FTP client software is needed to access the portal.
